- "The Procedure" (1,000 words) - Published in Abyss & Apex, Issue 89, January 1. Genre: SF. In a future where the technology for life extension exists, a couple considers what this decision could mean for them.
- "Face the Music" (965 words) - Published in Factor Four, Issue 31, January 1. Genre: F/Superhero. People randomly develop unusual superpowers, but they soon discover these powers come at a cost.
- "Bright Horizons" (2,365 words) - Published in Learning to Be Human Short Stories (Flame Tree Publishing), January 23. Genre: SF. An artificial intelligence is put in charge of running an experimental high school. - pdf available via the Nebula Reading List.
- "Chief Scavenger's Log in the Climate Apocalypse" (778 words) - Published in Interstellar Flight Magazine, July 5. Genre: SF. Is it possible to find love in post-apocalyptic times?
- "Side Effects May Vary" (1500 words) - Published as the winner of the 2024 Unicorn Mech Suit Short Story Contest, September 21. Genre: SF. A man learns the hard way what happens when your nanobots go rogue.
